The client or the realtor designated by the client must sign the inspection agreement before an inspection can begin.  The agreement will state the fees associated with the type of inspection requested and property details.  Complete inspection fees are based on the square footage of the home.  Specific inspections are based on the type of inspection wanted.  Most complete inspections take 3-4 hours.

A written report with pictures and a recommended course of action will be emailed to the client after the completion of the inspection, usually the same day but no later than noon the following day.   If a serious item is found during the inspection, the client and current home owner if present are immediately notified.
